Refund Policy of ELBAZ AGENCY



1. Service-Based Refunds Refunds may be requested if the project has not commenced. Once work has begun, refunds will be provided only for services not yet delivered.

2. Subscription-Based Services If you are subscribed to recurring services (e.g., maintenance, ad management), you may cancel your subscription anytime. However, refunds will not be issued for the remaining subscription period after a payment has been made.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of service initiation.
Refunds are not applicable for completed services unless the terms of the contract have been violated.

4. Payment Processing Fees If you are eligible for a refund, please note that any payment processing fees (such as fees from Wise or other payment gateways) may be deducted from the refund.
